Bypass Plungers

Bypass plungers are suitable for higher volume wells that require less shut in for well recovery. Multiple slot sizes are available in order to achieve optimal plunger fall velocity.

Sliding Sleeve Plungers

Sliding sleeve plungers are designed for wells that require minimal off time. These plungers do not need a strike rod in the lubricator in order to shift open.

Ball & Sleeve Plungers

Ball and Sleeve plungers use two pieces in order to run: a ball which fall independently of the main body. Once reaching the bumper springs, the body latches onto the ball and begins to rise with the newly created seal. This two piece system is ideal for high fluid wells.

Different weighted balls can be chosen to ensure the sleeve does not catch the ball during fall cycle.

Ball seat has a locking design which ensures a snug fit but allows the ball to be knocked out with the strike rod.

Revolver Plunger

The Revolver plunger is design for wells which need a shorter shut in time than solid plungers but seal better than the industry standard Venturi plunger(Well Master). Control your flow rate with different configurations to the revolver check valve. This plunger uses has an internal check valve which shifts open as the plunger falls and then seats up once fluid sits on top of the valve when on bottom. No strike rod required.

Bumper Springs

We have a wide range of downhole springs that are engineered for high impact environments. Brass hold down no-go’s allow for easier slick line retrieval. Fish necks are available in nitrocarburized 4140 which exceeds 50 HRC. Flow bodies on our springs come in straight or spiraled slots. We’re able to accommodate a wide range of configurations.

Lubricators

We carry 3K, 5K, and 10K psi lubricators. Our 10K unibody, triple flange lubricators are billet machined in the United States out of high grade steel. Flange configurations are up to the customer. We machine all of our lubricator setups(rods, anvils, caps, catchers) here in the United States out of API-NACE compliant materials.

Modular 10K Lubricator

The Modular 10K lubricator will allow more customization to your wellhead. Easily replace individual components rather than the entire assembly.

Billet machined out of API-NACE materials. We have eliminated casting, welding, and forging to ensure integrity in high pressure applications.

All lubricator components are engineered to handle at least 10,000 psi. Assemblies have passed 15,000 psi static bench testing.
