Plunger Lift Equipment

Solid Plungers

Conventional solid style plungers are very durable, cost effective, and ideal for a wide range of applications including sand, scale, and paraffin.

Bypass Plungers

Bypass plungers are suitable for higher volume wells that require less shut in for well recovery. Multiple slot sizes are available in order to achieve optimal plunger fall velocity.

Sliding Sleeve Plungers

Sliding sleeve plungers are designed for wells that require minimal off time. These plungers do not need a strike rod in the lubricator in order to shift open.

Available Sizes: 2.375 and 2.875

Slot Configurations: 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6

Possible Dimensions:

Available Material Types:

Alloy Steel: 4140 or 1045

No pins, threads, or failure concentrations

Rod and ball are fastened using a heat shrink technique able to hold 10 tons of force!

Ball & Sleeve Plungers

Ball and Sleeve plungers use two pieces in order to run: a ball which fall independently of the main body. Once reaching the bumper springs, the body latches onto the ball and begins to rise with the newly created seal. This two piece system is ideal for high fluid wells.

Available Sizes: 2.375 and 2.875

Available Lengths: 6”, 9”, 11”

Possible Dimensions:

Alloy Steel: 4140 or 1045

Stainless Steel: 17-4

Available Material Types:

Different weighted balls can be chosen to ensure the sleeve does not catch the ball during fall cycle.

Ball seat has a locking design which ensures a snug fit but allows the ball to be knocked out with the strike rod.

Revolver Plunger

The Revolver plunger is design for wells which need a shorter shut in time than solid plungers but seal better than the industry standard Venturi plunger(Well Master). Control your flow rate with different configurations to the revolver check valve. This plunger uses has an internal check valve which shifts open as the plunger falls and then seats up once fluid sits on top of the valve when on bottom. No strike rod required.

Available Sizes: 2.375 and 2.875

Check Valve holes: 3 and 6

Possible Dimensions:

Available Material Types:

Alloy Steel: 4140 or 1045

Single body with no outside actuation necessary

Check valve seals better than other industry comparable plungers

Pad Plungers

Pad plungers are most commonly used in marginal wells that require maximum seal efficiency and extended shut in time for well recovery.

Available Sizes: 2.375 and 2.875

Possible Dimensions:

Available Material Types:

Alloy Steel: 4140 or 1045

Available with machined pads or cast pads

Available in dual pad or single pad configurations

Bumper Springs

Our recently re-engineer bumper spring is top notch and designed in collaboration with some of the most experienced wireline operators in the industry.

The fishneck is cut from USA sourced 4142 carbon steel. Its’ then post processed nitrated to a hardness tougher than titanium. With the side roll pin assembly, the rod has low stress concentrations to minimize breakage.

Our ‘No-Go’ is made of brass to ensure minimal corrosion and easier slickline retrieval. Many think the brass with get ground or smashed into the X nipple…we have never seen this issue in the past eight years.

For those running a collar stop configuration downhole, we noticed many competitors latch down’s allowed for the spring to slide back and forth when the well would turn on and off. This tighter fit ensures no rubbing or wearing down of the fishneck on the collar stop.
