Surface Gauges

The GOTEK surface gauges are high resolution transducers that record data internally, providing data necessary for basic optimization on flowing and shut-in plunger lift wells. These units are outstanding for tracking a plunger through its entire production run as the transducers are sensitive enough to show when the plunger reaches bottom of a wellbore simply using tubing and casing pressures at surface! The surface gauges and I-Plunger data can be combined for detailed analysis of your wells overall performance.

The Cigar pressure gauges record approximately three days of two second data to internal memory storage while using a small rechargeable battery. For desired longer stretches of data monitoring, battery options are available for up to 40 days of monitoring! The data is uploaded via computer into the GOTEK Plot Program for analysis. Use this as a quicker and easier replacement for traditional acoustic monitoring.
